All the symbols on the badge are part of things that were made in Carronshore, or industries from the village.
We had a fishing fleet, rope works, coal mines and of course the famous Carron Works who made cannons for the Duke of Wellington.

Hi again,
The Carronshore Primary Badge is really awsome i wonder how long it took the pupils to make it?It is really big and beautiful. 😛
The symbols on the badge are really cool and nice i cant wait to see your other letters. 😀
Bye. 🙂
We celebrate St Andrews day 30th November also Robert Burns birthday 25th January.
Many years ago Carronshore used to be a harbour and we had a fishing fleet. When the pupils designed the badge in 2000 they looked into the history of the village and tried to use as much as possible in the badge

Your school badge is really cool, how it has 4 different pictures on each sides! Wish our school could have something like that! 😉
