My colleague Gaylene sent information in July regarding the launch of Webbliworld.com. We were aware of the school holidays, so thought we would send you an update seeing that everyone is now back at school and would really appreciate your participation and feedback.
WebbliWorld, has recently launched a website for children between the ages of 6-10 years old. We are implementing a blogger relations programme on their behalf, and would love for you and your class to get involved!
http://www.WebbliWorld.com is a vibrant, interactive and highly animated virtual world for children, designed and developed in association with Aardman animations. The website is currently running a competition and has games available where you and the children will have the opportunity to win prizes from Puffin Books and WWF. We felt the competition was a great way to get children involved on both an educational and personal level.
You can also read what the owners, Justine & Camilla have to say about the safety of children online by viewing their blog http://webbliworld.typepad.com. They would love your input and any suggestions you may have.
Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
Kind regards,
Evi
PS: Please note that should you not respond I will not make contact again regarding Webbliworld.

Hi Evi,
The pupils have all had a look at the site and it definately has the ‘thumbs up’ so far! The reviews can be found on their individual blogs.
We plan to involve the younger pupils in the school too (some of the games are blocked by the Authority’s server … but we’re working on it!)
