Our topic just now is Materials.

We took a walk around the school and had a think about the different materials that were used to make it.

We came up with a long list – tiles, brick, concrete, tarmac, plastic and metal.

Next we made a class picture of the school using lots of different household materials including sponges, pipecleaners, paintbrushes, paint and potatoes!

This video shows us working in groups. Each group had a different part of the school to work on.

Once the picture is completely finished we will post a picture to show you the finished result!

We all like drama and this week we looked at different characters.

The characters in the video are either shy, in a hurry, rude, old, the queen or a trouble maker. Can you guess who’s who?!

Hi i am going to write a bit more about Emily. She is a happy person. She has one brother and one sister and her sisters name is Rachel and her brothers name is Jack. Her sister Rachel is 13 year old and her brother Jack is 15 years old and Emily is the oldest. Emily’s birthday is on the 22th of May and her sister Rachel’s birthday is on the 16th of May and her brother Jack’s birthday is on the 6th of May.She has one dog ,one puppy and 10 tropical fish. Memoona and Rachel

We all brought in some packaging from home.

We found that most of the packages we gathered were from foods but some was from other things such as shoes or cleaning products.

We decided to sort them into 3 large piles by material. We had a pile for plastic, paper and metal. The biggest pile was the one for paper and the smallest was the one for metal.

Whilst we were sorting we took these pictures.

This is Emily. She is a nice girl. She is from the simpsons movie. Memoona and Rebecca made it. She is 16 years old . She lives in carronshore. Her colour is yellow because she is the simpsons. Her hair colour brown. She is waring blue clothes with a hairband. Her hobby is playing outside and dancing.  She likes to go to town and she likes to go to fairs.  She has 30 friends.

We were really busy in the ICT suite today, we made more vokis.
