Miss Burton brought in her digiridoo to show us because we’re learning about Australia. James and Rachael are holding it. It looks (and sounds) super! Ryan and Sophie interviewed her to find out more. You can listen to the podcast below.

Hi,
This is a great interview, lots of interesting facts and very well presented.
I would like to hear a podcast of the digiridoo being played, did you try?

Hello Carronshore!
We enjoyed hearing about the digeridoo as well. It travelled all around the country before it headed off to Scotland didn’t it? Did you know that you breathe in through your nose, while blowing out through your mouth when you play the digeridoo? Try it – it’s tricky!!!

Hi Year 7v,
I am a teacher from Australia and I am impressed by your blog!
Digeridoos sure are hard to play and I used to play the clarinet. I think it is the circular breathing that is so hard to master.
I am waiting to hear the audio file so may respond again…
